Information shown by the app, including maps, locations, directions, sunrise or sunset information, sun-path previews, distance estimates, camera output, and saved notes, may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, unavailable, or affected by device sensors, network services, weather, terrain, local conditions, and third-party data.
You are responsible for your own decisions, safety, equipment, travel, access permissions, and compliance with all laws and rules. Do not rely on LensTrails as your only navigation, safety, legal, weather, environmental, emergency, or professional decision-making source.
No Warranty
LensTrails is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. The author does not warrant that the app will be accurate, reliable, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, or compatible with every device, operating system, location, or third-party service.
No Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author of LensTrails has no liability for any losses, damages, claims, costs, injuries, data loss, lost profits, missed opportunities, property damage, travel disruption, location errors, reliance on app output, third-party service failures, or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the app.
You use LensTrails at your own risk.
Your Content
You are responsible for the photos, notes, locations, tags, and other content you create or store in the app. Keep your own backups of important information. The author is not responsible for deleted, corrupted, unavailable, or inaccurate user content.
Third-Party Services
LensTrails may depend on device capabilities and third-party services, including mapping, geocoding, location, camera, and operating-system services. Those services are outside the author's control and may change, fail, restrict access, or provide inaccurate results.
Changes
The app and this agreement may change over time. Continued use of LensTrails after changes means you accept the updated terms.
